1. Our Services
We buy used iPhones: We purchase iPhones from individuals in the Pittsburgh area. Phones should be in working condition, but we may also consider phones with certain issues (e.g., broken screens or damaged parts).
2. Eligibility to Sell
Ownership: You must be the legal owner of the iPhone you are selling. We don’t accept phones that are reported lost, stolen, or involved in legal disputes.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to sell an iPhone to us. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must be present.
Proof of Ownership: You may need to show proof of purchase or ownership for the phone, and we’ll also ask for a valid ID during the transaction.
3. Inspection & Valuation
Phone Evaluation: Once you bring in your phone, we’ll assess its condition (e.g., functionality, physical damage, battery health) to determine its value.
Offer Process: Based on our evaluation, we’ll make you a cash offer on the spot. You are under no obligation to accept our offer.
Offer Expiration: Our offer is only valid for the day it is made, as market conditions and phone values fluctuate.
4. Payments
Instant Payment: If you accept our offer, we will pay you cash immediately.
No Refunds: Once we complete the transaction and pay you, the sale is final. You cannot return the phone or request additional compensation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Clear Data from the Phone: You are responsible for backing up and removing all personal data from the phone before selling it to us. We are not responsible for any data left on the phone after the sale.
Remove iCloud/Apple ID: Please make sure to remove your iCloud account or any locks associated with your Apple ID. Phones that are locked to an account or have “Find My iPhone” enabled cannot be accepted until the lock is removed.
6. Phones We Can’t Accept
Phones reported as lost, stolen, or blacklisted.
Phones with significant water damage.
Phones with active accounts or contracts that aren’t fully paid off.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
Your Personal Information: We will collect some personal information (e.g., name, ID) to comply with local regulations, but we will never share or sell your information to third parties.
Data on Your Phone: As mentioned, it’s your responsibility to remove personal data. After the sale, we may reset the phone, but we are not liable for any personal data remaining on the device.
8. Fraud & Legal Compliance
Anti-Fraud Measures: We reserve the right to refuse any transaction if we suspect fraud, stolen property, or any illegal activity.
Compliance with Local Laws: We comply with all local laws regarding buying and selling used electronics, including recording seller information for law enforcement purposes if required.
9. Dispute Resolution
If there’s a disagreement or issue, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, and disputes will be settled through mediation or small claims court if necessary.
